Very disappointed in the roses my wife received and would like my money back. How do you take me from my florist website which is right down the street from my house, who I have used for years, and farm my order out to another city.and These roses were NOT the big beautiful roses that my florist sells from Ecuador and these cost $154. After further research I found out that my florist currently sells a dozen roses for $99, and they are almost twice the size of these roses. I called the florist right away when I saw there name on the receipt to try and cancel them but she said it was late. This is a disgraceful practice by your company and I would like to speak to someone at lovingly about this.
